Project Me
For our Project we had to make a meal that had to be healthy and had almost every good part of the food pyramid, for example my dish had fish witch has protein and the rice has grains and then the broccoli and the carrots are vegetables are part of the vegetables and fruit section of the food pyramid.We had to do a lab about calories and how many calories it burns per grams. In this project my personal growth was agency because in this project we had to come up with a recipe and we ha d to come up with one that was healthy and was easy to make and doesn't take that much preparation.
